Tumaflow only asks for data that powers the features you choose. Signing in establishes your account; optional AI stays off until you turn it on. You can read the full policy anytime, no account required.
Content you add in Tumaflow
Projects, checklists, subscription entries, feedback you paste, and notes are stored so the app can show your pipeline, reminders, and trackers. You control what you enter.
Optional AI & billing
AI insights and prompts run only if you opt in. Paid plans are processed by our payment provider; we don’t receive your full card number.
