Privacy Policy
Tumaflow (“we,” “us”) is operated by Squareone International LLC. This policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the Tumaflow web application at tumaflow.app (the “Service”).
If you use Google sign-in, additional data flows through Google’s services as described below. Use the Service only if you agree with this policy.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use Tumaflow, we may process:
- Account and identity information. When you register or sign in (for example via Google OAuth), we receive identifiers Google sends us, usually your email address, name, profile image URL, and a Google account identifier, so we can create and secure your account.
- Content you enter in Tumaflow. Including project titles and pipeline data; checklist and task completions; subscription tracker entries; notes; feedback snippets you paste into the feedback inbox; and similar information you voluntarily add.
- Optional AI features. If you opt in to Tumaflow’s AI assistant features, limited project-related inputs you send may be processed to generate summaries, prompts, or insights. Features described on our homepage are disabled by default until you enable them.
- Billing details (paid plans). If you subscribe to a paid plan, our payment processor handles card and billing details. We typically receive billing status, subscription identifiers, and contact information, but not your full payment card number.
- Technical and usage data. Such as approximate device/browser type, IP address, timestamps, diagnostics, and security logs. We use this to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
Purpose of processing (why we use data)
We process information to:
- Provide Tumaflow’s core functionality (pipeline, checklists, projects, trackers, inbox, notes, and integrations you connect).
- Authenticate you and maintain your session.
- Connect to Google APIs only for the integrations you authorize (for example Google sign-in).
- Deliver optional AI features when you turn them on.
- Process payments and manage subscriptions.
- Respond to support requests and notify you about important service changes.
- Detect abuse, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
- Analyze aggregate or de-identified usage to improve reliability and usability.
Sharing and subprocessors
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed with:
- Infrastructure providers (hosting, databases, backups) under contracts that restrict use of data.
- Authentication and Google services when you use Google sign-in or Google APIs, subject to Google’s policies and your account settings.
- Payment processors for paid subscriptions.
- Analytics or error reporting tools if we use them, configured to minimize identifying data.
- AI providers only when you enable optional AI features and submit content that must be processed to return a result.
- Legal or safety when required by law or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of users and the Service.
Retention and security
We retain personal data while your account is active and as needed afterward for backups, disputes, audits, legal requirements, or legitimate business needs. Technical and organizational safeguards (including access controls and encryption where appropriate) are used to protect data; no online service is perfectly secure.
Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data; object to or restrict certain processing; or withdraw consent where processing is consent-based (for example disconnecting integrations). To exercise rights, contact support@tumaflow.app. You may revoke Google’s access through your Google Account security settings.
International transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or comparable mechanisms.
Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated via the Service or email when appropriate.
