Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Tumaflow, a web-based launch and project operations application offered by Squareone International LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Tumaflow.
The Service
Tumaflow helps solo builders manage work from idea through launch. Core functionality includes a multi-stage pipeline, pre-loaded checklists, subscription tracking, a feedback inbox, project notes, and optional AI-assisted features that you must enable separately. Features may change as we improve the product; we will try to avoid materially reducing what you already paid for during an active subscription term.
Eligibility and accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet any minimum age we require (generally 18, or the age of majority where you live). You are responsible for account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@tumaflow.app if you suspect unauthorized access.
Third-party services
Tumaflow may rely on third parties (for example Google for sign-in). Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party failures or changes they make to their APIs.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by: violating law; infringing others’ rights; attempting to probe, scan, or breach security; interfering with other users; reverse engineering except where law prohibits that restriction; using the Service to distribute malware; or using automated means to access the Service in a way that impairs it. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
Your content
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, back up, and display your content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy. You represent you have the rights needed to grant this license for content you upload.
Subscriptions, fees, and taxes
We may offer free and paid plans (for example Pro at the price shown on our website at time of purchase). Paid plans bill in advance on a recurring basis until you cancel. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise at checkout. You are responsible for applicable taxes. If payment fails, we may downgrade or suspend access to paid features.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Tumaflow is a productivity tool; it does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill; and (b) our total liability for claims arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the greater of fifty U.S. dollars (USD $50) or the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms, including reasonable attorneys’ fees.
Termination
You may stop using Tumaflow at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, legal compliance, or discontinuation of the Service (with reasonable notice when practicable). Provisions that by their nature should survive (including disclaimers, limitations, indemnity, and governing law) will survive termination.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country give you broader rights. Courts in Delaware shall have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes arising from these Terms unless law requires otherwise; if you are a consumer, you may have additional remedies in your home jurisdiction.
General
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding Tumaflow. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
